Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of AdmitOne by buyers, organizers, sellers, staff, and anyone else using the platform to discover, buy, transfer, scan, or resell tickets.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your login methods secure, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. If you use AdmitOne on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
AdmitOne may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, payment abuse, ticket bots, harassment, repeated chargebacks, invalid listings, or attempts to bypass organizer or platform rules.
Tickets, purchases, and organizer rules
A ticket sold through AdmitOne is a revocable right of entry that is also subject to the organizer’s event-specific rules, venue policies, and applicable law. Ticket availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed and payment clears.
Advertised prices must reflect the total required price prominently, except for taxes, shipping, and optional add-ons that may be disclosed later in the checkout flow where allowed by law.
Transfers and resale
Transfers and resale are only permitted when enabled for the event and only through AdmitOne workflows. Organizers may disable transfers, disable resale, cap resale prices, or apply other event-specific controls to reduce scalping and protect fans.
Off-platform arrangements do not override platform ownership records. If a ticket remains owned or listed on AdmitOne, the platform record controls entry rights and payout handling.
Refunds, cancellations, and remedies
Refund rights are governed by the event page, the public refund policy, applicable law, and any platform protections that apply to the order. AdmitOne may void refunded tickets, reverse related transfers, hold payouts, or cancel listings to prevent duplicate entry or double recovery.
If an event is cancelled, materially not performed, or presents a valid buyer-protection issue, AdmitOne may provide a refund, replacement, or equivalent platform remedy as described in the relevant policy.
Prohibited conduct
- Using bots, automation, fake accounts, or circumvention tools.
- Listing tickets you do not own or cannot lawfully transfer.
- Submitting misleading event details, pricing, or accessibility claims.
- Harassing users, staff, venues, organizers, or support teams.
- Uploading infringing, illegal, hateful, or unsafe content.
- Attempting to reverse engineer or interfere with platform security.
Platform rights
AdmitOne may investigate misconduct, remove events or listings, freeze payouts, limit features, request additional verification, or cooperate with payment processors, venues, organizers, and law enforcement where appropriate.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
