Help Center

Get help with tickets, transfers, resale, refunds, and organizer setup.

Major ticketing platforms always give buyers and organizers a clear support path. AdmitOne does the same: self-serve where possible, policy-backed review where money or access is involved, and email escalation when a human should step in.

Buying and accessing tickets

Tickets bought through AdmitOne should appear in your wallet after payment clears. If you are signed into the same account used during checkout, go to My Tickets first.

  • Use the same email address you used during checkout.
  • Refresh your wallet after payment confirmation.
  • For phone testing, make sure you finish sign-in on the same device.

Transfers and controlled resale

Transfers and resale only work when the organizer has enabled them for the event. When they are enabled, ownership changes stay inside AdmitOne so the ticket record stays clean.

  • Free transfers can be turned off or capped by the organizer.
  • Resale listings require seller payout setup through Stripe.
  • Listed tickets cannot be directly transferred until the listing is cancelled.

Refunds

Buyers can request eligible refunds from their account for upcoming, unused primary orders. Organizers are expected to respond promptly, and AdmitOne can intervene when platform policy requires it.

Start with the refund flow in your account, then review the public refund policy for the exact minimum rules that apply.

Organizer support

Organizers should review the Organizer Agreement before publishing events, especially the sections on refund duties, truthful event listings, payout setup, and compliance with venue and local law.

Stripe handles payout onboarding, but AdmitOne sets the marketplace rules that determine when events can be published, when resale is allowed, and when the platform can step in to protect buyers.
